BC Corporation
A company incorporated under the British Columbia Business Corporations Act is called BC Corporation. A BC Corporation is a separate legal entity from its owners which offers limited liability to its shareholders. To incorporate in BC you must be above the age of 18 and have a physical address in British Columbia. There is no residency requirement.
The incorporation process: fill out a simple online form on our website, after that our registration agent will verify the payment and review the order to ensure an error-free application. For a named company he will conduct a name search and obtain a name approval. Next, we prepare the application and articles of incorporation and send you a draft for a final check. Once approved, we register the corporation and email registration documents to you. Finally, we complete any additional services included in the package, such as an initial return and CRA accounts.
BC Sole Proprietorship

BC Trade Name
A Trade Name, also known as a "doing business as" (DBA) name or an operating name, is any name used by a business entity or individual that differs from their legal name. Filing a trade name does not establish a new business – a trade name is simply a nickname for the business you already have.
